Today’s companies are looking for ways to position themselves for the future to respond to market demands. The dramatic changes of recent years (COVID-19 pandemic, war in Europe, conflict in the Gulf, spare parts shortages in Asia) call for rapid organizational and structural evolution. Every day is a new challenge for managers, who must review their strategies. Cycles have intensified, necessitating increasingly rapid decision-making, with all the risks that this entails.

The decision to set up a new management consultancy was taken during a period of personal soul-searching and emotional turmoil (November 2023). The company was officially registered as a sole proprietorship (RI) on July 5, 2024.

As a holder of a federal diploma as a specialist in SME management, and with my solid experience in sales and management, I’m able to advise you on the choices you need to make for the well-being of your company. Steering the board of directors, digitalization, structural analysis, defining strategy and vision are all subjects I master perfectly.
